What is the difference between Muslin and Organic Fabric Types?
Muslin is a more lightweight and breathable cotton. Perfectly airy, finely-woven, and soft to the touch!

I received my udder cover very quickly. The cover itself is absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to using it with our sweet baby girl. The cover is a soft, silky material that is lightweight enough to not be too warm in the summer months, but also afford good coverage for momma. It is quite large, and provides plenty of cover for both mama and baby. The neck has an adjustable strap as well, which is a nice touch. Overall very pleased!

Bought these for my daughter, shes due February 28, 2021. Shes going to be a new mom, so I figured these will help with breast feeding. I ordered 2 different patterns and they both are beautiful. The designs and colors are perfect!

The product is great. The only problem is it literally took almost 3 weeks after it shipped for it to get here. For paying $15 for shopping, which is higher than almost anywhere else (unless you pay for next day shipping), it should have been here a lot sooner.

You can add embroidery to your order just by adding one of our Nursing Covers to your bag, and proceeding to checkout!
- We maximize a 3" tall by 8" wide space across the bottom right of the cover. Shorter names like "Amy" will be fully 3" tall but not 8" wide, while longer names like "Elizabeth" may not be fully 3" tall but will be very close to 8" wide. The font color is chosen from one of 16 colors. The selected color is shown in the preview.
- Please note that we do our best to render an accurate representation of the final product however all representations regarding embroidery on our website are only approximate. Actual positions and colors of embroidery may vary slightly from those depicted. We embroider the name exactly as you save it - capitalization and spacing included! A: You can check the shipping status of your order by clicking here.
A: The information we use for shipping and billing is the information you provided to us on our website, not what is at Paypal, so if you provided us the correct shipping information you will receive your product at that address.
A: In addition to the 2 days processing time orders to the lower 48 states generally take 3-6 business days. Orders to HI and AK will take a few days longer. Canadians should expect to receive their orders within 2 weeks of the order date and may take even longer if they get stuck in customs. Please keep in mind that holidays and weather can effect the delivery times.
A: There are a few reasons why you may not have received an email confirmation from us. You may have misspelled your email address or your settings on your email account may have sent the email to your SPAM folder. Your email provider may also have default setting which will not allow our confirmation email to get through to your email account.
A: When an order is placed the label is immediately printed and placed on the packaging it will be shipped in. The packaging is then sent to be filled with your order. It can be very time consuming to find a specific order envelope once placed which is why we do not allow cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.
A: We believe that these rumors are competitor driven. Rather than compete with us on promotions we run, they would rather try to make people think it's a scam. Please remember that scammers NEVER use PayPal as an option for payment. Also a scam website will never have a perfect rating with the BBB. A scam website cannot maintain a EV SSL certificate (the highest rated encryption available online - not a single one of our competitors that we are currently aware of are paying for the same level as encryption as we are) with COMODO nor can a scam website maintain the COMODO Hacker proof daily scanning and insurance. We DO NOT store credit card information on our servers. We do EVERYTHING we can do to protect your information! If you read further down on some of these posts on forums about us being a scam you will see that many of our customers have come to our rescue. Unfortunately, once something is posted online it is impossible for a company or individual to get the false information taken down without spending a lot of money and even then, a lot of these forums are based out of the USA and are not obligated to follow USA law. If you look at many of these posts you will see that 99% of them started in March of 2009 (well over a year ago) and that most if not all of the newer posts are just recycled from these original posts. A: PayPal might have an old address of yours, but we always send out your order to the address you put into our website. Please refer to your confirmation email we sent you for the correct shipping address.
